*If you or someone you know is struggling, thinking about suicide, or in crisis, call or text 988 or chat 988lifeline.org, or call the San Diego Access and Crisis Line at 1-888-724-7240, or dial 911 or go/take them immediately to the nearest hospital emergency room for an evaluation.
*Text the Crisis Text Line which is a valuable resource available 24hrs a day 7 days a week for support. Text COURAGE to 741741 and you will be connected with a crisis counselor.

This center provides outpatient mental health services, domestic violence safety planning services and emergency and crisis services.
Finally, if you have health insurance reach out to their Behavioral Health Services Department. The Affordable Healthcare Act mandates that all health plans offer mental health resources so please reach out to them as well!
